Job Description

 

We are seeking a talented and driven Payment Gateway Technical Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical documentation and modern e-commerce environments. Prior experience in a SaaS-based e-commerce environment or a Fin-Tech will be considered as a plus.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Requirement Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather system requirements, ensuring that the needs are correctly understood and represented.
  • System Analysis and Solutions: Examine current systems and processes, pinpointing areas for improvement, and recommend feasible technical solutions.
  • System Design: Architect the system framework based on the needs of the business, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and standards.
  • Technical Documentation: Produce in-depth technical documentation detailing system requirements and design, aiding in the seamless development and maintenance of the system.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the communication link between the business users and the technical team, ensuring clarity and accuracy in the conveyance of requirements and solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and guarantee that systems meet the stipulated quality benchmarks, actively participating in system testing to verify functionality and performance.
  • Change Management: Oversee changes and updates to systems, ensuring minimal interruption to business processes and workflows.
  • Vendor Assessment: Analyze potential software and technology solutions, and review vendor proposals to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • User Training & Support: Educate end-users on system functionalities, and offer continuous support to address any system-related challenges or concerns.
  • Data Analysis: Extract, evaluate, and process data to furnish valuable insights that can steer business decisions.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay attuned to industry advancements and shifts, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in SaaS-based e-commerce or Fin-Tech is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Technical Systems Analyst role or similar capacity.
  • Proven track record in crafting technical documentation, including system requirements and design specifications.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and its practical application in crafting business solutions.
  • Expirience with Payment Gateways
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising the design, development, and rollout of software solutions or systems.
  • Proficiency in data and process modeling, along with knowledge of business process enhancement techniques.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at breaking down complex technical jargon for diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A team player with the capability to work harmoniously in a collaborative environment.
