The Role

 

We are seeking an experienced HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and attracting top talent, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with expertise in technical recruitment and employee relations. Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  •  Address employee queries and concerns related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues. Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans. Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure all related deadlines such as health insurance renewal, Visa renewal, etc are tracked and renewed in time.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases. Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports related to staffing, turnover, and other key metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about HR trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and Talen Acquisition roles
  • In-depth understanding of UAE labor laws, including regulations related to employment contracts, working hours, leave entitlements, termination procedures, and visa sponsorship requirements.
  • Proven experience in ensuring HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills to effectively manage employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters under UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment contracts, including terms and conditions, benefits, and compensation packages, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  •  Experience in managing visa and work permit processes for employees, including new hires, renewals, cancellations, and sponsorship transfers, in compliance with UAE immigration laws.
  • Experience in sourcing, assessing, and hiring software engineers, developers, and IT professionals
  • Capacity to identify technical recruitment challenges and develop innovative solutions to attract and retain top technical talent.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively communicate with technical candidates and hiring managers, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
